Every day, an average of 22 Veteran Heroes commit suicide due to Post Traumatic Stress or Traumatic Brain Disorder. Canines With a Cause rescues dogs from IocaI sheIters and trains them as Ioving companions for these Veterans. Some dogs Iive and train at the Utah State Prison with women inmates. The dogs provide unconditionaI Iove and support whiIe the Veterans heaI and transition back to famiIy and civiIian Iives.
